In this expanded position, Melissa will oversee clinical and operational functions throughout the organization. Her strong clinical background, operational insight, and deep understanding of Northland’s mission make her exceptionally well‑suited to guide these efforts. Melissa’s leadership will help ensure consistency, coordination, and high‑quality care across all Northland sites.

Julie Wagner Appointed Human Resource Director

Julie will focus on strengthening workforce systems, supporting staff, recruitment and leaders, and ensuring clear and consistent HR practices throughout the organization. Her steady leadership and extensive experience will be essential as Northland continues to grow and support its dedicated teams.
These leadership changes reflect Northland Health Centers’ ongoing commitment to investing in strong leaders, supporting employees, and ensuring long‑term organizational success. Both Melissa and Julie bring energy, focus, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.

Honoring the Retirement of Kelly Murray
Northland Health Centers also announces the retirement of Murray, who has served as Chief Workforce Officer for the past ten years. During her tenure, Murray led several key initiatives that strengthened recruitment and brought talented healthcare professionals to our clinics and the rural communities we proudly serve. Her contributions have had a lasting impact on Northland’s ability to meet local healthcare needs, and her leadership will be sincerely missed.
“Northland Health Centers is deeply grateful for Kelly’s many years of dedicated service and the positive impact her leadership has had on the communities we serve,” said Nadine Boe, CEO of Northland Health Centers. “Her work helped strengthen access to care, support our staff, and ensure our patients received high-quality, compassionate services close to home.
