The Administrative Assistant provides assistance in the direction of the administrative and operational activities of the NHC central office. The Administrative Assistant is responsible to work cooperatively with the central office staff and other NHC staff to see that the organization operates consistently within its mission so as to foster a healing medical environment that creates a pleasing and organized atmosphere for patients and staff.
The Registered Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist and dental hygienist in the
direct provision of primary care dental services to patients of the health center. The Dental Assistant is also responsible
for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies.
Under the general supervision of the Dental Director, the Dentist is responsible for administering, maintaining, and expanding a program of primary (and in selected cases, secondary) care and preventive dental care in a community health center setting.
The position of Janitor/Maintenance requires special attention to details and plays a key role in our ability to provide sanitary, professional healthcare to our patients. The individual employed must be prepared to reach and maintain a very high level of cleanliness and sanitization within our facility. This individual must also possess the qualities and attitude to uphold a teamwork approach with the rest of the staff.
To provide effective, efficient and appropriate services to NHC patients in order to serve the community’s healthcare needs. This individual provides team leadership to Clinical Staff.
Under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, the LPCC as a part of the primary care team, is responsible for providing standardized counseling/talk therapy, for NHC’s Patient with mild to moderate mental health conditions who are referred by NHC’s physicians and mid-level providers. The LPCC will work to address other social needs of patients and will utilize area referral sources for needed specialty care, hospitalization, or advance psychiatric assessments and treatments.
To provide effective, efficient and appropriate psychiatric medication services to Northland Health Center patients in order to serve the community’s healthcare needs.
This position is responsible for the overall flow of patient care; assist providers with patient care, scheduling, examinations, and performing miscellaneous reception and office duties in connection with referrals, appointments, ordering supplies, etc.
